Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators & Pickers with Counterbalance experience for an immediate start in Rochedale . This is a Monday–Friday day shift warehouse role suited to reliable operators who are confident with counterbalance forklift work, order picking and stock movement . Location Rochedale, QLD Shift & Pay Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm Pay Rate: $37 per hour super First 42 hours paid at flat rate Overtime penalties apply after 42 hours Start Date: Immediate Forklift Operator Duties Operating Counterbalance Forklift Order picking and staging customer orders Stock rotation and warehouse stock control Put-away of inbound stock Loading and moving pallets within the warehouse General warehouse support duties Forklift Operator Requirements Current LF Forklift Licence Proven Counterbalance forklift experience Experience working in a warehouse environment Physically fit (lifting up to 20kg when required ) Willing to complete a pre-employment medical Reliable and able to travel to Rochedale Why Apply Consistent day shift hours Competitive $37/hr pay rate Immediate start available Opportunity for ongoing work
